Difference Between “Advanced Import” and “Import/Export” Addons

    Hi Newsletter Folks,
    Can you please advise on/confirm the difference between the “Advanced Import” and “Import/Export” Addons? From what I can tell, the only difference is the latter has the additional “Export” feature.
    Just to confirm, there is no reason to have both, correct (I don’t believe this is even possible based on their respective install paths)? On one of my sites, I currently have Version 1.4.5 of “Newsletter – Import”, which renders the “Advanced Import” option from the WordPress Dashboard > Newsletter submenu. On another one of my sites, I currently have Version 1.5.2 of “Newsletter – Import/Export”, which renders “Import/Export” from the WordPress Dashboard > Newsletter submenu.
    I just want to make sure Version 1.5.2 of “Newsletter – Import/Export” can do the same and more (Export) as Version 1.4.5 of “Newsletter – Import”.
    Any feedback would be much appreciated.

    Hello Matthew,

    The import and export features have been consolidated in the free Import Addon that you can find on addons management panel. Please install that addon to have:

    • File upload or copy and paste of data
    • Background processing for long set of data
    • Quick bounced address import
    • Export with filter by list and status

    Thank you very much, @michael-travan. I also inspected the Addon’s changelog and saw the Export feature was added in Version 1.4.7. It looks like the latest Version, 1.5.2, will fufill all of my needs on this front. I appreciate your feedback.
