What kind of hosting so that the plug-in doesn’t hang?

Hey, I have a problem with the plug-in. It consists of the plugin generating 3 articles one time and then after force restart 40. I would like to know how to solve the problem. I guess the last thing I have control over is the hosting. Do you have any proven hosting somewhere so the plugin doesn’t jam?
