Always send email notfications

    Hi, I read in another support thread that if the user is online at website, it does not sent email notifications. Is there a way that can be overridden?

    Hi there!

    There is such option in Better Messages settings under Notifications tab.
    Please learn it carefully.

    Oh, saw that but I got confused by your other support thread message.

    Not sure why email notifications are not working then….

    Check if you WP Cron is working properly, you can use WP Crontrol plugin for that:
