wordpress is sending my website to another website

This is the first thing I will check is: the site url in database. See this article that will help you get there: https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/214580498-Change-the-WordPress-Site-URL#toc-heading7

If that is correct, please talk to a developer to look over your site and cleanup what plugin/JS is creating the redirect
