Pop-up isn’t showing on mobile

    hi, my pop-up isn’t showing on the mobile version of my website. Have i missed some settings or so?

    Hope this message finds you well.

    It looks like a cache issue since if you bypass it by adding a ?cache=no in the URL, it will show:

    https://prnt.sc/GVbOeAlGGBH_

    Could you please clear all your site caching? plugin, server, 3rd party, or any of those your site is using, after that, the pop-up should show up.

    hi, all caching is cleared. On google chrome mobile the pop up is showing, but not as pop-up, but at the bottom at my website

    Hi @poesch,

    Can you test it using a different mobile device or in incognito or private mode? I tested on Chrome too but is showing correctly on my phone:

    It seems you have an app or extension blocking the pop-up:

    It does have a button to “Close the module”, and I was not able to reproduce it.
