Product addons fields missing from orders paid by PayPal

    I have stripe and paypal check-out options, stripe works fine, but when anyone checks-out and pays with PayPal, the options they entered in the product addons fields are all missing from the order?

    Please share the product page URL for review.
    Additionally, try disabling the PayPal scripts running on the product page to check if that resolves the issue.

    I have a bit of a similar problem. Sometimes the inputs of a specific required (!) field + additional fields that are conditionally shown based on the input value of that required field are missing in the order.
    It happens occassionally, but always on the same fields in the form.
    I have not checked the ‘enable Enable ajax add to cart in product detail page’ option.

    Have you checked by disabling the PayPal scripts running on the product page or by enabling AJAX add to cart on the product page?
