Non commercial site

I can see that your site has been categorized as commercial because the source code contains Google AdSense script. If you would like to remove this script and the affiliate links from your site, we would gladly review it again to see if it will be eligible for a non-commercial Jetpack Stats plan.

I’m not going to go back and remove every link from a decade and a half of posts. So do I just opt out of jetpack? Uninstall it? I’ve been paying annually, so how long is that good for?

At the moment, I can see an Akismet anti-spam plan tied to your site and no other Jetpack plans tied to the other two Jetpack sites you have connected to this account. If you have other active plans we don’t see at the moment, do let us know so we can check if these plans also include the Stats paid feature.

That said, if you don’t wish to upgrade to unlock the Stats upgraded feature, you don’t need to deactivate Jetpack altogether: you can still use all the other features included in the free Jetpack plugin.

As for the stats option, you may want to consider different softwares to keep track of your site stats, which may come free of charge.
