Cookie consent placeholder issue with YouTube embeds

Hi

I have an issue with my embedded YouTube videos. Many cookie consent plugins say they have a placeholder until consent is given.

I currently use complianz, and no placeholder appears – just a white space.

I tried cookie yes, and a placeholder does appear, but it also adds a huge white space before it.

A couple of others I tried have the just white space issue too.

I disabled all plugins, changed theme to default, and the issue persists.

The videos are embedded simply with the standard YouTube block.

Does anyone have any experience and advice about this please?
