Link to cart doesn’t work correctly on mobile

    Hi there,

    When the mail is sent, the link to abandoned cart cannot be clicked on mobile. You have to hold down on it and then you can get the option to open the link in browser. Is there a way to make it work with one simple tap on the link? Thanks in advance

    Greetings for the day!

    It seems there might be some issue with the email link added to the email template. Please edit your email template under the Follow-up Emails tab. Try to remove the email recovery link shortcode and readd the recovery link shortcode.
