[Plugin: WP Super Cache]: upgrade to 0.9.9.7

Is the change log going to be updated?

And is the upgrade from .9.9.6 to .9.9.7 as smooth as just clicking the upgrade button, or should we do anything special (such as deactivating, cleaning the cache, upgrading, configuring, activating, etc etc) ?
