I have a similar issue, except after the page reloads no message is displayed, and the file doesn’t appear in the directory I specified. I also implemented the %username% command along with the createpath=”true” function but no directory was created either.
Similarly, I have wp-filebase activated and configured to read from the main directory that each uploads subdirectory is under (each subdir was created by creating categories/subcategories using the w-filebase admin pages, so it can clearly access the directoy I tried to upload to) but nothing was added to its database. I have included the filebaselink=”true” function within the code… :-/
Any ideas anyone?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to exclude specific files/filetypes permanently from the wp-filebase database? I will ask on the plugins forum when I get a chance but just in case someone reading this knows how to do this (it’s currently picking up a “php.ini” file so I’m a little nervous about that X-D )…
