Conversation lost on refresh page or clic another page

I give you some ideas I saw in another plugin. And also, please let me know how contact you in private, I need ask you for a budget to integrate a similar plugin in another software ??

Ideas:

• Avaliability to create different chats with different assistant id′s

• Integration in the site throught shortcodes
• Avaliability to change the time a conversation is avaliable to be continued, for example I can setup that after 24h the threat is forgotten
• Avaliability to user download or send via email the conversation

Can you expand on the shortcode idea please? Currently you can choose to display or not display on any given page currently on your website. I assume this is the functionality you are looking for? Check the widget styling tab.

3 is actually a good idea. I will add that to the roadmap.

Of course, when I say that it would be good to be able to use shortcodes to integrate the chatbot it is because of the following (not my case, but I’m sure there are people who appreciate it)

Imagine a company with 3 very different departments, and in openai, create 3 assistants, each one trained for a very specific task.

Then the plugin allows you to integrate as many assistant id′s as the company needs, and each assistant is linked to a shortcode, for example [chat_ai1], [chat_ai2] and [chat_ai3]
In this way on your website, you can insert each assistant in the corresponding section of the website.

That makes sense. I would do it in the backend interface and avoid using shortcodes for page load speed but yes that’s in the pipeline as well.

Lots of functionality coming and it will be exciting! Especially once I have integrated other LLMs like gemini and such.

“If you refresh the web page the conversation is lost, and the chat closes alone. It need to keep the id of user and the thread to continue the conversation while the user is chatting, because the user can refresh or navigate into the website. So, it would be nice if chat can maintain the conversation and the chat window opened while navigate into the site.”

Update is still in progress. We have decided a more robust system that should be better in general. No ETA at current time but is a work in progress and will be released as soon as possible.
