Double add_to_cart action reported

  • Hi,

    My marketing agency reported double add_to_cart action on button click. Any idea why is this happening ?

    I have just tested your site and everything looks fine. As you can see the Tag Assistant only reports 1 add_to_cart event: https://imgur.com/a/wtKaDZk. Unless your agency can provide a screen dump where the event is triggered twice I doubt that I will be able to help you.

    Maybe you are triggering the add_to_cart event twice in Google Tag Manager?
