Conflict with Kadence Blocks

    Hi, like the new interface updates! However, there seems to be a conflict with Kadence Blocks Pro.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Install Hreflang Manager
    2. Install Kadence Blocks
    3. Add a Block in Gutenberg (eg: Row) and select it
    4. Go to The “Advanced” tab > “Padding” and switch to “Use preset size”

    You’ll see there’s some css overriding the input fields and adding a load of padding to them.

    I think it’s happening in other input fields, too, but that’s the quickest example to reproduce.

    I use “Plugin Toggle” to toggle plugins off and on again quickly to find conflicts, so you may also find that useful in testing.

    Toggle Hreflang Manager off, and the issue goes away, toggle it active again, and the issues is back.
