Hi, we are a paying costumer of emailoctopus, we created an API Key, we set-up the plugin with the woocommerce checkbox at checkout, but I noticed that after a week we had no new sign ups. I tried it myself with my own email and it just didn’t work.

Contacted Emailoctopus, our Php version is 7.4, we turned off our firewall for testing, cleared all caches. Still doesn’t work.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi Lou,
I guess you’ve added the API key and selected also a maling list on the WooCommerce settings tab (Integrations > EmailOctopus)? If you can’t select any mailing list, the API key might not be valid.
Please select also a mailing list below the API and try the shortcode variant. Is this one working?

Ok, so, the shortcode works but the checkout does not. Here are the settings I have: https://ibb.co/2WPpP41

Do you use other add-ons during checkout? And can you share your URL with me? (you can email the URL if you need)

One more question, do you use the WooCommerce blocks for the checkout page?
Please use the “old” shortcode for the checkout page. The current version of the plugin doesn’t support the block editor features. I will pick this up on a later moment.

Please let me know if you have still the problem.

I will email you with information, after the troubleshoot is done we can post the solution here.

The problem was a typo for an option name used in the code. It’s fixed in version 1.0.2

Can be closed now and be proof of the developers capabilities as this issue was fixed in the latest update in less than 24h, for free. Thanks again.
