    Hi,

    We are experiencing an issue with your plugin. In our shop, we have a custom payment gateway that allows shoppers to submit their order as a quote request. The order is created, then a custom order status named Awaiting quote is applied. One of the employees then evaluates the quote, and sends an email to the customer along with a link to complete the payment. The order status is then changed to Awaiting Payment.

    The problem is, even though I checked the Awaiting Quote in the Exclude email sending For option, customers are still getting the reminder email if that status is left as is for more than a day. Is there something I’m not understanding about this option? I would expect an order with an excluded status to not send the reminder email.

    Can you please check the abandoned order list and see if the order with awaiting payment status in WooCommerce also appears in the abandoned order list? Please share the screenshots of the settings and the order with us.
