Solid, but lacking

It’s a very solid knowledgebase plugin, so if that’s all you’re after, then it’s a 5 star. Their Instant Answer component is lacking some very basic things like the ability to collect additional information (ie. a company name). There’s also no chat or ticket component which I believe would put this over the top.
