    I installed plugin in my website then configured settings and follow up emails.
    also from another email I created account and add product to cart. and not doing checkout.
    I have set notify after 10 minutes to test, but not getting email on that, Test email is working.

    Our plugin captures data when a user adds a product to their cart, proceeds to the checkout page, and fills in the checkout fields, particularly the email field. If the user does not complete the order for any reason, the data will be recorded as an abandoned order, and emails will be sent to the user accordingly.

    Thanks for writing back.

    Please check the abandoned orders list in the plugin dashboard and let me know if there are some orders added there. This will help us understand if the orders are getting captured. If the orders are captured there, please check if the emails are getting scheduled for those orders.
