    Hi,

I have heard about that issue; but I am not able to replicate it. Please contact me here: https://meowapps.com/support/

I also have the same error v2.5.-v2.5.4
If I go back to v2.4.5 it doesn’t happen.
Hope you guys can fix this in the new version

Since I can’t replicate, can you tell me what kind of server you use (Linux, Windows, etc), which version of PHP, what kind of caching, etc? Please give me the maximum of information you can. Since 2.4.5, there have been hundreds of improvements, and I can’t go through them, especially without the ability to reproduce the error ??

I am running vps centos v7.7, php8.2.18, latest wordpress, non cache. If running AI Engine v2.5.4, it says:

    “Error

An error occured while updating the options.
For more information, check your console. You might also want to check your PHP Error Logs.”

    I can’t change the settings (both v2.5.2 and v2.5.4)
When changing to v2.4.5, it works fine.
Also on this vps, when I use AI Engine on a website running php7.4.33, v2.5.4 works fine.

I tried with PHP 8.2.18, but it still work for me, on a blank install. It’s something else. What about version 2.4.6, does it work for you?

Okay, found the issue by debugging painfully on the server of one of my users ?? It seems like emoticons can’t be used in the options table of some installs. Why? I really don’t know, maybe an old database, or the tables were created a long time ago? It’s hard to say. But I removed the only emoticon I was using and the latest version should work for you.

It seems that v2.5.5 you just updated has fixed this problem.

    Thank you!
