    Hi,
    I have a shop with downloadable products. As I update them regularly I do get the occasional request fr redownloading. However, using the “Regenerate Download permissions” action does not do so and I get a “Entschuldigung, aber dieser Download ist abgelaufen. Zum Shop” message (Sorry, download has expired. Shop) message.

    What’s the best way to troubleshoot this? Thanks ??

    Thanks for reaching out.

    (Sorry, download has expired. Shop) message.

    This error message typically appears when the download limit for a product has been reached or the download link has expired.

    To resolve this, you can adjust the download limit and expiry for your products by going to the product data settings, under the ‘Inventory’ tab, and then adjusting the ‘Download limit’ and ‘Download expiry’ fields. If you want to allow unlimited downloads or no expiry, you can leave these fields blank.
