    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to generate shipping labels using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin for USPS labels on my website,?https://elizabethobeauty.com/. I am encountering error messages which are hindering my ability to complete transactions successfully.

    When attempting to generate a label, I encountered the following error message: “Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.” In an attempt to resolve this issue, I removed the payment card associated with my account and added it again. However, upon attempting to re-add the card, I encountered another error: “Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.”

    These errors are preventing me from generating shipping labels efficiently, and I am concerned about the impact on my business operations.

    Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your assistance in resolving these errors as soon as possible. If there are any steps I need to take on my end or if further information is required from my side, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    This problem appears to be related to the billing section of your WordPress.com account.

    Well I found out woocommerce does this if have ever requested a few too many refunds on shipping labels (i.e. when you purchased the wrong size box). The problem is that woo will actually backlist your IP and URL. THE HONEST FIX IS TO: 1.ADD A DIFFERENT DOMAIN FOR YOUR URL. 2. CREATE A NEW JETPACK AND WORDPRESS ACCOUNT 3. ADD ANOTHER CARD NUMBER
