I have verified that emails can be sent by using the manual trigger within the Subscribers table.

I have been waiting an hour and the email is not sent when a product is back in stock.

    Please advise.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

Please enable the option: “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin” and check it out. (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Section -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.)

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Please provide the following information:

    1. Screenshot of the Status Page (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status) along with clicking the Email Status-Test Email option (to know whether the email has been received on the admin email) (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status -> Email Status).

    2. In Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions, please check if there are any pending or failed actions. Share this information with us for further analysis.

3.?Deactivate all other plugins except?woocommerce?and our back in stock notifier to see it works properly – sometimes this issue may arise by conflict between different plugins.Let us know.

    Let us know.

    Thanks.
