    Hi there @kimaaron, thanks for getting in touch and for sharing the error you encountered. I can see we have had a few reports of users experiencing this when updating Site Kit so any information on this will help us to find the root cause. Please could you share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does the same happen when following our troubleshooting steps here?
    3. Can you still access the Site Kit settings page?

    You could also try a Site Kit reset. After resetting you will need to set up the plugin and your modules once more. If you do perform a reset then let me know if you continue to encounter this error on the dashboard.

    @manipalblog @towerss @nerdoutapp @0xk3on If possible, could you all open your own individual support topics for this and share the information above there. This will help us in our troubleshooting for this, thanks!

    Other users facing this issue may wish to first try uninstalling and re-installing the plugin before performing a reset. If the uninstall/re-install fixes the issue for you then please could you confirm this here.

    removing and reinstalling Site Kit made no difference. Still see the same error in the Site Kit dashboard.

    Installed and activated the troubleshooting plugin. When I select “enable troubleshooting” I am redirected to the wordpress dashboard, but there is no reference to it at the top of the page. When I return to tools->site health->troubleshooting “enable troubleshooting mode” button appears, as if it has not been clicked (doing so again produces the same result)

    My site health info has been submitted.

    I will attempt the reset next.

    Tried the reset and Site Kit now appears to be working correctly. I have deleted the troubleshooting plugin, as it still fails to activate.

    Well, no, I spoke too soon. Once again I am seeing the same error I originally reported. The site kit summary widget on my wordpress dashboard is working, and site kit is collecting and presenting data there as usual.

    @kimaaron Thanks for the added information. We are still investigating this issue and will share an update as soon as we can. Would it be possible at all for you to temporarily disable all plugins except for Site Kit to see if you still see the error on the dashboard with just Site Kit active?

    Could I also ask anyone who is facing this issue what version of Site Kit you updated from when updating to 1.132.0?

    Thread Starter kimaaron

    (@kimaaron)

    @adamdunnage

    Deactivating all plugins but this did not change the error on the Sit Kit dashboard.

    As for what version I upgraded from, I didn’t look at the time, but I check for updates on the site every day (plugin auto updates are not enabled), so it is likely I upgraded from the previous Site Kit release.
