    Hello,

The last couple of days I have been doing some work on my website, which has led to many UCSS and CCSS files being created.

I have clicked on the Run queue manually button for both UCSS and CCSS several times, and I have seen the dialog window telling me that a couple of hundered files have been processed.

But when I go to my Quic Cloud, none of my quota has been used (see screenshot).

So my question is if something is wrong and my files are not being processed as they should?

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Hans

Hello and thank you for your reply!

    please try this:

go to toolbox -> debug setting -> debug log to ON

    debug level to advanced

    debug include URI, add

    LSCWP_CTRL=ucss
    notify_ucss

then go to toolbox -> log view -> clean up existing log

then go to page optimization -> css option -> clean up existing queue on ccss/ucss

now trigger the queue again , once you see queue in UCSS list , click manual run

once you see that “dialog window” refresh until it finishes , then wait for 10-15 minutes , go to log view , copy past the log it generated and share via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

is xxx.xx.216.78 the origin IP ? please go to General -> Server IP, make sure the IP is correct, then repeat the process

Thank you, I believe it is working now.

I am using Quic Cloud name servers, and I have now changed the IP address in General > Server IP to the address I found in Quic Cloud > Settings > Server IP. Is this the correct IP address?

I can see that my quota for UCSS/CCSS in QC is starting to be used now.

Can you please check the log to see if I got it right now?

yes, UCSS looks alright on this log

    Perfect, thank you.

Today, when I clicked on the “Run queue manually” button for UCSS and CCSS, I get this message: “You do not have enough daily quota left for today, for the chosen service”.

But when I check in Quic Cloud, it says that I have a remaining quota of 1834 credits for the month.

Is there both a monthly and a daily quota?

    Plugin Support qtwrk

    (@qtwrk)

yes , currently there is both monthly and daily limit , to avoid server overload and also run out all the quota in first few days at beginning of month.

    Thank you for the answer.

When I was checking the IP address, in Litespeed > General > Server-IP, I clicked on the link “check my public IP from DoAPI.us”. The server IP that came up was in this format: “XXXX:XXXX:XX:XXXX:X:XXXX:XXXX:X”

    Is this an IPV6 address?

Should it match the AAAA record in Quic Cloud > DNS Zones? Because in QC DNS zones, the AAAA record is slightly different from the IP I got in the LiteSpeed check..

no no , please set the origin server’s IPv4 address in that field

    Thread Starter hans410947

    (@hans410947)

Ok, just to make sure I don′t misunderstand:

I have alreade four different A-records in the QC DNS zone list, where the host is:

    1: *

2: @ (it also says CDN is enabled for this one)

    3: ftp

    4: www

For all the four records above, the IPv4 address xx.xx.xx.219 is listed as the value.

But I also have an AAAA-record in the list, which is in this format: XXXX:XXXX:XX:XXXX:X:XXXX:XXXX:X

Are you saying that I should delete this AAAA record from the list?

Or are you saying that I should change the IPv6 address for the AAAA record to my IPv4 address xx.xx.xx.219?

    Thank you!

    Plugin Support qtwrk

    (@qtwrk)

no no , for DNS records is different thing , I mean in plugin -> general -> server IP , this field, it must be IPv4

    Thread Starter hans410947

    (@hans410947)

    Ok, great, thank you.

Should I delete the IPv6 address in Quic Cloud DNS zone? It says here https://www.quic.cloud/faq/ that it should be deleted, but is it necessary?

    Plugin Support qtwrk

    (@qtwrk)

yes, if you use QC CDN, then please remove AAAA
