No Address Book Updates

    Hello,

    Our Flamingo plugin is not correctly storing the form submissions and adding the submiters email to the address book section. Can you help us resolve this issue?

    grennan law .com is the website.

    Because one of the recipients on our end is not receiving the form submissions we noticed the error with the Flamingo plugin where instead of adding the new lead to the address book, it’s attributing all the new submissions to one user.

    Also, when users submit contact forms they are receiving the message “Sender’s message failed to send” despite us receiving the form submission in our emails.
