    Hello there!

I’m seeing all of my portfolio items in the dashboard, but I’m not able to see it on the actual website. It’s just stuck saying ‘load more.’ It was initially showing in the preview when I set it up, but it’s not anymore. All items are correctly categorized in the dashboard.

Additionally, when I click on the category options, instead of filtering anything it tries to open a whole page. Can I get some help fixing this up so it shows correctly? Thank you so much!

    Hello @awbrie

Haven’t you disabled the Thumbnails in your portfolio layout? https://d.pr/i/qSSXvV

Maybe you want to create a new portfolio layout?

If this doesn’t help, try disabling all plugins to see if this isn’t caused by a plugin conflict.

    Hi,

The thumbnails are enabled, and I get the same issue when I create a new port layout.

Have disabled all other plugins and still the same issue. Any other ideas?

@awbrie Could you try changing the theme to a different one and see if everything works fine?

Tested it out with a couple of other themes and it’s still having the same problem.

@awbrie I think there is a problem with your hosting or a plugin conflict. It also seems that your website is missing an SSL certificate (https), and I recommend changing the permalink structure to one different from the default one.

It also seems that some pages are not opening on your website:

Our plugin is used by many users with different themes, and it’s fully functional.
