Hi, I’m using “Buddypress” and “Paid Membership Pro” plugin for a community site. I’m also using Solid Security Basic plugin. It is fine to configure 2FA for the users who can access their backend user profile page. But I’ve hide backend section for all buddypress members. So they can not use the backend user profile page. In that case how those buddypress members can configure 2FA from their membership-account page at frontend? I can’t see any option in the Solid Security plugin settings. So can you please help and suggest a solution asap?

Please note that, I’ve change the wp-admin url using the option “Hide Backend”. Also for frontend buddypress members, the login form used by another pugin “Paid Membership Pro”.

One more thing is that, the onboard 2FA reset link sent to user email is working for default wordpress login form. But it’s not working with the “Paid Membership Pro” plugin’s login form. So can you please suggest for a solution?

Hi @iwdatanu, please excuse the delay!

The plugins that are conflicting with Solid Security seems to be premium products, so it’s quite difficult for us to confirm the issue and help find a solution, also, we’re technically not allowed to support premium products here (by forum rules).

We need a place to replicate the problem for plugin incompatibility cases,?so I’d suggest reaching out to us internally by opening a support ticket from your?SolidWP Panel.

    Thank you for understanding.
