    Hey team

can anyone tell me why anytime i create a 2 column box, no matter what data I put into each column, when you send the email, it never shows side by side and always on the next line?

it should display like this: (https://prnt.sc/jXPUlnUoVy_7)
AB (side by side as its a 2 column design)

On normal laptop browser it shows fine as should (https://prnt.sc/yWmTzSdKme5K) however images show as broken links.

On mobile view all the images show fine but it displays the columns like this: (https://prnt.sc/LGJVyb8AFZfx)
    A
    B

So it always puts the 2nd column on the next line instead of side by side. It does this on any multi column i create, 2,3,4. It puts all the data on the next line so a 4 column shows like this:

    A
    B
    C
    D

Im going nuts trying to figure this out so would appreciate any help? Am i doing something wrong here?

    Hi,

We’ve encountered this situation before and have issued a warning to users about potential issues when using different versions of Outlook.

While we’ve made many improvements to accommodate these versions, it appears that some problems persist. Creating a patch that ensures full compatibility across multiple Outlook versions within a single plugin is proving to be quite challenging.

Since using an older version of Outlook, we highly recommend updating to a supported version to ensure compatibility with our plugin and to benefit from the latest features and security enhancements provided by Microsoft. You can see Outlook’s old version is no longer supported as detailed in?this article.

We value your continued support and feedback. If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards.

this issue has not been resolved and has nothing to do with outlook app. im using the latest version and on some existing templates this issue doesnt occur for 2 columns but if i create my own 2 column display field from blank, it never works on any browser type

    Hi,

Please try exporting the email template where you are experiencing the problem, copy and paste it into a Notepad file, and share the file with us to ensure that the template format is preserved. We will check this issue on our end.

    Best regards.
