• Hello,

I am using wp fastest cache and I am getting this error ‘Sorry, but we couldn’t connect to the MailPoet server. Please refresh the web page and try again.’
One option is to exclude that page from caching. When excluded everything works fine. However, my subscription form is in the footer, so its on every page. Is there any other way, like excluding mailpoet js file. Any help is appreciated

    Hi there @blubas35,

We don’t have any guides or instructions specific to making things work with WP Fastest Cache, however your idea of excluding MailPoet files from caching could be a good place to start if you haven’t already tried.

The MailPoet files that would load on the frontend for the forms would be in the plugins/mailpoet/assets/ directory. If you can configure WP Fastest Cache to exclude files in there, please try that out and see if your forms work as expected.
