    I followed the instructions and guide to sync all the reviews to the product page, but they are not appearing on the product page. Could you please help me check what is going on? All the product reviews are already in the dashboard.

    Hello,

    Our apologies for getting back late.

    After checking your reviews and product pages we see two potential reasons that might be blocking our widgets from being updated:

    1- Using unsupported emojis on reviews. Judge.me widgets only support the following emojis ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? so if your reviews contain other emojis this may prevent the widget from updating. Please remove them to allow the widgets to update again.

    2- Cache plugin, If you’re using a cache plugin like Lite Speed please make sure to purge the cache.
