    Hello @verloop

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

I would like to clarify that the “Debit and credit card” gateway is only available on the checkout page, and cannot be displayed on the cart page or product page. Regarding your issue, it seems like the issue might be due to a conflict with another plugin or possibly your theme. In my opinion most likely the theme. The plugin essentially displays buttons only on the cart page.

I suggest conducting a full conflict test to determine if the theme or another plugin is causing the problem. We recommend temporarily switching to the default Storefront theme and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the issue continues.

Please let us know the results of this test, and we can then offer a workaround for the current situation.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hi,

I have tested to my staging site https://sprotslegends.betaprojects.co.uk/

I have activated Storefront theme and deactivated all the plugins(except woocommerce and paypal)

When I have connected paypal, I have selected ‘Standard Card Processing’ (see screenshot – https://paste.pics/RJAU9) and paypal have default ‘Dabit & Credit Card’ button, it should be displayed on the checkout page, but on the checkout page only shows paypal payment option, no ‘Dabit & Credit Card’ option is there (see screenshot – https://paste.pics/RJAYE). Should I enable this option ‘Advanced Card Processing’ (see screenshot – https://paste.pics/RJAV7)

    See screenshots here:

    Hello @verloop

Below is the backend login info:

I suggest removing these details from the public board for security reasons.

When I have connected paypal, I have selected ‘Standard Card Processing’ (see screenshot –?https://paste.pics/RJAU9) and paypal have default ‘Dabit & Credit Card’ button, it should be displayed on the checkout page, but on the checkout page only shows paypal payment option, no ‘Dabit & Credit Card’ option is there (see screenshot –?https://paste.pics/RJAYE). Should I enable this option ‘Advanced Card Processing’ (see screenshot –?https://paste.pics/RJAV7)

Currently, on the block checkout page, not all payment methods are supported, as our documentation states: WooCommerce PayPal Payments. However, Advanced Card Processing should work correctly; if it is enabled, you will see a button at the top of your checkout page.

Regarding Standard Card Processing, it is only available with the Classic checkout page using the WC shortcode. Could you try creating a Classic checkout page and using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to see if the checkout page button appears?

In summary, you would need to assess which payment forms are essential for you and decide based on that which checkout page form would be compatible. Generally, I would recommend using the Classic checkout until we fully support all payments methods.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hi,

Is it possible to change the position of the button on the checkout page (See screenshot – https://paste.pics/RJOU9), ‘Dabit or Credit Card’ button at the first and then ‘PayPal’ button?

    Thanks

    Hello @verloop

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to swap their positions, as the buttons are integrated within an iframe, which prevents such modifications.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
