    Hello,

If a customer makes a purchase today on Woocoomerce, is it possible to send them an email in a year’s time notifying them that it’s been a year since they placed their order? Like an order anniversary email.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, it is possible to send an email to a customer one year after they make a purchase on WooCommerce, notifying them of their order anniversary. To achieve this, you will need the “ShopMagic Delayed Actions” add-on, which is available in the ShopMagic Pro package.

The “ShopMagic Delayed Actions” add-on allows you to create automated workflows that include delayed actions, such as sending an email after a specified period. Here’s a quick overview of how you can set it up:

Create a new automation: In your WooCommerce admin panel, go to Shopmagic and create a new automation.

Event Selection: Choose “Order Completed” (or “New Order” – whatever you prefer) as the trigger event.

Configure the action: Select the action “Send Email” In the action settings, you can set a delay. For an order anniversary email, set a delay of 365 days.

Set additional conditions (if needed): You can specify additional conditions to fine-tune when the email should be sent.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to the Shopmagic Delayed Actions documentation.

This setup ensures that an email will be sent to the customer exactly one year after their order is completed.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to ask!

    Kind regards,
