Disappearance of the form’s fields with WPforms pluggin

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue of disappearing form fields on your page.

To solve it, I recommend starting with two actions:

1) Reinstall WPForms Lite on your site. Sometimes files can become corrupted, and this might be related to the issue.

2) I noticed you’re using an o2switch-PowerBoost-v3 server. This could be related to a recent update on your server. To check if a server event is causing the issue, try adding some text before or after the form and see if the text disappears when the issue occurs again.

If the text does disappear, you’ll need to reach out to your hosting provider to discuss the issue.

But if the issue persists even after trying the above steps, please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance. With this, I will be able to request additional information that we prefer not to disclose publicly.

Thanks for your answer.

I’m just testing the first issue. But when I deleted the pluggin and reinstalled, it was as if I have never deletedit.
The empty forms were alwyas there.So I’m going to wait tomorrow for reinstalling it.

I’m just reinstalled the pluggin but I have the same problems.

The forms are always there. They aren’t deleted. It’s impossible to modify them. I can only add one field. Then I can’t set up, save or close (below the screenshot with the button “enregister” which is not clickable).

So I deleted the forms and created a new form. This seems to work. I will see tomorrow if the form fields are still present.
