Not able to post updates

    Hi,

    I’m not able to post any updates on campaigns. I receive the following error after pressing submit button:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    POST https://fundmymission.be/wp-json/xs-update-form/user-update/ 404 (Not Found)
    send	@	jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2

    Hi @oli4r,

    We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. It seems fine. Please ensure that there is no internal conflict in your environment.

    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for FundEngine and see if the issue persists.

    – Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    I have been troubleshooting for the past couple of days but i’m completely stuck. Could you advice on how to find the cause of the issue?

    Sorry for the inconvenience that the issue still persists. Recently, we’ve released an update. Please update your plugin and check if the issue persists. It seems to be specific to your environment only. I would request you to check the plugin on a fresh WordPress setup [localhost or any staging site] and ensure that the issue belongs to FundEngine or not.
