The banner is not showing

    Hi there,

    Please guide me why the banner is not showing up. I have checked Enable Cookie Banner and also Preview Banner (in admin area it show). On the website is not showing. Also clear all the cache.

    Please check and advice.

    Hi,

    it seems as if the needed code for the banner is commented out in the HTML of your website.

    Not sure how this happened. But it has nothing to do with the cookie banner plugin. Do you have an Idea what this might be?

    That is an old code – we commented that and then install the plugin from wordpress, where we also have the premium addon.

    That commented code si something hardcoded and dont see why that code matters? As I said, we install the wordpress plugin… The plugin it should add it automatically in head or footer, right?

    PS: We manage to fix it – it was from the Cache plugin … so all good now. Thank you
