    Hello, I am asking for help with a problem, I have reviewed the plugin and I think it has everything I am looking for, but just when I was going to pay the membership I ran into a problem.

    When I upload my HTML emails and click on update the email buttons are deformed for some reason. Could you help me with this, I have seen a post that shows a code that needs to be added to correct, but I can’t find the line where each part should go and I can’t find the code that needs to be replaced.

    I would appreciate it if you could explain to me which line should be changed because I tried to look for the code that should be replaced and I could not find it and I would also appreciate if you could tell me under which line the other fragment should be placed here I leave the html email so that you can review it and see what the error is, everything looks good except the buttons, when I click on save the buttons are deformed.

    Hi @tutorware,
    Thanks for your message.

    WordPress will only allow some HTML in the WYSIWYG editor and so tags like HTML or BODY most likely won’t be saved and will be stripped out instead. This isn’t BNFW doing this, it’s WordPress itself.

    You may need a developer to help you with building a layout that works inside of the WordPress WYSIWYG editor but I can’t give any specific recommendations on custom code unfortunately.

    Sorry I can’t help more on this issue.
