  • Hey there, @antonic93! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Did this used to work before and stopped working or has it been like this since you installed the plugin?

If it used to work before, do you know when it changed?

Can you please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support so we can take a look at your website’s settings?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

I’m noticing it now I don’t know how long it’s been there. Now it’s been brought to my attention

they advise me to deactivate “Track Events Automatically Without Code”

    Is this correct advice?

    Hey, @antonic93!

I’m noticing it now I don’t know how long it’s been there. Now it’s been brought to my attention

But to confirm, it did use to work correctly, right?

they advise me to deactivate “Track Events Automatically Without Code”

    Is this correct advice?

It is, this option can cause issues because it can cause Facebook to report the same thing multiple times.

Please deactivate it and check if the issue persists.

Let us know how it goes ??

    How do I proceed?

    Hey, @antonic93!

Let’s hit pause on this option for a second.

Can you please install?Pixel Helper Chrome Extension?and browse your pages. Do a test transaction and check if you see any unwanted Purchase events.

Additionally, you can check?Facebook Analytics?Events Debugging reports for Purchases. You will see the latest data recorded for this event, including things like parameters, URLs, etc. It can help to catch anomalies.

Let’s first check this and then maybe come back to this option, okay?

Please let us know how it goes with the test transaction.

    Have a wonderful day!

what is the connection to the solution to my problem?

    (@antonic93)

    Hi @antonic93,

Thank you for testing with the Pixel helper; that’s showing the correct value of 39.98; that’s the price of the product you tested with just now? If so, it does seem to be working fine. Did you get a value of 3998 anywhere this time?

    Thanks!

if I carry out a test using the pixel events test the value is incorrect. I see €3089 instead of €30.89

and if I monitor the total sales for the adverts via the pixel, the amount is off.

example: real €4,000 on pixel I see €40,000

    Hi @antonic93,

Sorry to hear that you’re still facing the issue even after following several steps to troubleshoot the issue.

May I ask which one of the two you’re using a decimal separator in your store, a comma(,) or dot(.)?

    Thread Starter antonic93

    (@antonic93)

at the moment as decimal separator I have , and thousands .

Will changing it give me problems with Google Shopping?

    Hi @antonic93,

As your issue seems quite unusual, could you please try interchanging the decimal and a thousand separators to see if this has any effects on your end.

Let us know how this goes.

In which plugin screen should I proceed?
