I have been tasked with making a webpage that was previously set up by another individual more engaging. The original developer created the site using OceanWP 6.6 and a free version of Elementor. On the desktop version, the menu is located in the header and main menu points are available for selection. By hovering over a submenu, it will open for categories that include submenus. The issue lies with the mobile version. Here, the menu is fixed to the right side of the header and opens in an accordion style. However, for the menu items with submenus, there is a small plus sign that allows you to open the submenu, but there is no option to toggle the main menu category. Is there a solution to this problem? I am not authorised to purchase Elementor and do not have the time to create a new page without it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dagmarzw !
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your issue, and I understand it.
In this case, kindly be advised that your site’s header wasn’t build using Elementor, but the OceanWP and WordPress settings.

I apologize; however, custom code/CSS, general WordPress issues, Beta testings, server issues, or third-party plugins/themes-related issues are out of our support scope.
You should contact the OceanWP team to get more help with any of their products.

I’m sorry for any confusion over this issue! And I appreciate your understanding.
Please let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor or if this thread can be closed.

    Regards.
