Shipping Cost is not added to the total cost

    I have disabled the plugin “Flexible Shipping” which I thought is causing an issue, but the issue is with woocommerce. When I add a product to the cart, and input the address it correctly identifies the zone, and the amount, but the “total” doesn’t change. I have set the shipping classes, although I do believe it shouldn’t be affecting it, but it’s set anyway, and it didn’t help to resolve the error.     As a next step, I’d recommend updating the currently active theme to its latest version available, and see if the problem persists, or otherwise – after making sure there is a backup available.

    If the problem persists, kindly test with temporarily activating the TT3, afterward (in case there is some incompatibility between Astra and WooCommerce version 9.1.x).

    I assume there are no conflicting settings with the Free Shipping seen available for Inner London.

    I have updated all, the theme, plugins and it still doesn’t work.     Thanks for trying switching the theme.

    Since it did not work, I recommend running a full conflict test.

    Can you please run a conflict test to see if something external is interfering with this?

    To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
