“Hide out of stock items from the catalog” also hides In Stock products?

I have NO idea why a select few are showing up.

Unless something has changed in the database or custom code is in place, the default behavior is to hide out-of-stock products, when that option is enabled; while in-stock products will stay visible.

Based on the information contained in the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears 3rd party stock-sync and bulk edit functionality are in place.

I tried the following

Just to be sure, I understand that when trying with temporarily activating the TT3 theme, for example, while at the same time only the WooCommerce plugin is active you are still not able to see all the in-stock items on the front end. Correct?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the Shop page, while the above settings are in place, so that we can see what you are describing?

Hope that the video showing my Deactivating all plugins (but for WooCommerce) and Activating Storefront theme solved nothing…it’s weird. I have even verified that Products meta _stock_status is set correctly… it is.

Everything seems in order in the SSR.

To confirm, only two products remain showing, correct?

Is there anything on those products that’s different from the others?

Where they added in a different way for example?

Can you please, while having everything but Woo deactivated, add a new test product and check if it shows or not?

Not that I am aware. All Products were originally created using the Stock Sync plugin from a Spreadsheet. In messing around I have found that if I edit in WordPress the Inventory to another state then back to In Stock it will show up. Why?

Same thing happens with creating a new Product in WordPress.

Any ideas as to what this plugin is failing to do? Everything seems to be correct in the list of Products?

I have now manually changed the Stock on items back and forth to make them show up and reverted to the them I wish to be using.

Sorry for the long delay here.

If I edit it’s inventory to anything else (Out of stock, On backorder) and save, then edit back to In Stock it will then appear. So I have now done that manually to all items to get this site live.

Can you please try to remove WooCommerce and download it again to see if the issue persists?

Don’t worry, it won’t lose any data. Having said that, it is always good to:

— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
