    Hi @jpugh1,

Sorry to hear you are having an issue.

In the plugin settings, at the top of the tabs, what is your current authentication status? If it showing you any errors or the need to re-authenticate?

Have you tried doing a very simple share with no image. So the text might just say “Hello World” and see if that works?

The post here: https://atlantametrolaw.com/never-admit-fault-car-accident/ was it created using the classic editor, Gutenberg or some other page builder?

    Thanks,

I am currently authenticated and it is not showing any errors. It worked when i shared with no featured image. Is there a way that we can fix this issue so I don’t have to remove the featrued image. And it was made with classic editior.

    Hi @jpugh1,

Can you please share a link to the featured image? Have you checked to make sure the featured image meets the guidelines mentioned in the FAQ:

Google My Business has an unusual image requirements and we enforce these requirements in the plugin. If your image does not meet Google’s standards we will still share the post but it will just have no image. You need to make sure that the width AND height of the image is at least 250px AND the file size is greater then 10kb. Please ensure the file type of your image is standard like a jpg or png. If you are absolutely sure your image meets these requirements and it still is not being shared please raise a support request.

    Thanks,

    Hi @jpugh1,

The image is webp so it doesn’t. The Google My Business API does not support webp images unfortunately. Please try with the image as a jpg or png. Thanks,

They have always been webp and it never has been an issue before. It’s standard for Google to have that format. Has something changed recently with the plugin.

    Hi @jpugh1,

Nothing has changed with the plugin, and the requirements have always been for the images to not be webp. I can’t comment on your history with the plugin, but I am just saying what their requirements are. So you might wish to see if a jpg version works so that way we can see if what I am saying is accurate or not.

    Thanks,
