    We have over $8000 sitting in our WooCommerce payments account that we are unable to deposit. It says Your deposits are?temporarily suspended.?Learn more

    Our Stripe account was closed back on June 10th, but WooPayments kept processing customer payments up until today. Is this balance stuck with WooPayments or Stripe?

    What do we need to do to access these funds? I cannot get any answer from WooCommerce WooPayments support regarding this issue.

    I am trying to figure out if we need to refund and re-charge our customers or if we will eventually receive this payment balance.
