Review feed generated through the plugin, when opening it shows 404

Thanks for using CusRev.

That means the review feed is not generated completely. You can go to Reviews > Google > Click on Update to generate a new feed and recheck this issue.

And follow this solution to troubleshoot this if it still doesn’t work: Google Shopping XML Feed Not Found (404 Error)

We reached out to the support and confirmed that there is no issue of file permission as well as the products are not excluded

404 error on Product Feed URL

Hi,

In your second screenshot, I see the message “XML Product Review is being generated in background …”. Do you see this message disappear after a few seconds/minutes?
If not, there could be an issue with WP Cron on your site so the review feed is not generated completely.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic
