Hello, I’ve been translating the emails for a while via WPML and I keep having the same issues, I lose the translations, they somehow desync and I can’t really refresh or force them to stay translated on emails… Is there a known fix for this, do you know if this is a recurring issue?

    Thanks

    Hi @clarru ,

    Greetings from WebToffee Support!

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issues you are experiencing with translating emails via WPML. Unfortunately, Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer is currently not compatible with the WPML plugin.

As a result, the desync and loss of translations you’re encountering may be directly related to the current incompatibility with WPML. Our team is actively working on enhancing compatibility and expanding support for a wider range of plugins, including WPML.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.

@webtoffeesupport ok, I understand what you mean.

As a recommendation, should I switch to another plugin for emails? I experienced WPML working correctly with the Decorator plugin before, is this something that just happened now or it’s working sometimes and sometimes not and that’s why you say it’s incompatible?

    Hi @clarru ,

    Thank you for your understanding.

As mentioned earlier, we haven’t checked compatibility with the WPML plugin until now, which might be one of the issues needing resolution. We are working on enhancing compatibility and expanding support for a wider range of plugins, including WPML.

If you’ve experienced WPML working correctly with the Decorator plugin before, it could be due to intermittent compatibility or specific configurations that worked under certain conditions. This inconsistency is why we currently state that it’s incompatible.

Rest assured, WPML compatibility will be added in the plugin’s future releases, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards this improvement.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.
