    I recently bought a subscription to pro and have also sent this as a ticket on my dashboard but didnt get a response.

    I’d like to be able to sell a limited number of tickets of different types.

    I understand form locker, but am thinking more of an “option locker”

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, I could not find a ticket with the details you provided. Could you please share the number of your ticket? It should have 7 characters and start with “42” or “43”. This way, I can check why you have not received a reply.

    Most of the time, this happens when the email address rejects our messages.

    Alternatively, could you please submit a new support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
