• On the Join Waiting list popup there is no box for the end user to put in their email address.

    Instead there is the message ‘No fields found, please go to settings & save/reset fields’.

    I have done this several times but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. It used to work fine.

    Please click on save fields and clear your website cache. You must be using a cache plugin/CDN or an optimization plugin.

    Thank you for this ticket. The plugin was causing the page styles to break when the “Email me when available” button appeared on screen due to the product being out of stock. I was going to open a new ticket, but I noticed that the same issue mentioned in this ticket was also occurring on my website. I saved the fields as suggested, and that fixed all the problems.
