Not hearing from you via your support website

Firstly I have been contacting you for approx 18months via your Codebangers support and not hearing back. This is for an upgrade which my customer is prepared to pay for. I would like a reply on this and can give you details if you contact me pls.
Secondly, we have just purchased the latest Time Clock Pro plug-in and the api is not being accepted. I have tried deactivating plug-ins and changing themes but no luck. I have put in a request for support but not hearing from you, so hopefully I will on here?
