    Hello savagewhite

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Could you share a full screenshot of the email?
It appears that this is not the default email sent by WooCommerce.

I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report to better understand your website.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

Issues with an additional note in WooCommerce emails

It appears it is either put in place by custom code on the site, or via a plugin other than WooCommerce.

As a next step, feel free to create a backup and proceed with temporarily deactivating the following plugins (as they are related to bookings, and a booking product is showcased in the screenshot above), and see if the issue persists, or otherwise:

    • WP Travel Engine – Travel and Tour Booking Plugin: by WP Travel Engine – 5.9.4
    • Tourfic – Travel, Hotel, and Apartment Booking Solution for WooCommerce: by Themefic – 2.12.8

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

the booking wasn’t made through any of the listed plugins. It was made through woocommerce products. So I doubt it has to do with any of the listed plugins

Kindly note, in order to troubleshoot this, actual testing is required from your end, @savagewhite .

I doubt it has to do with any of the listed plugins

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to test with temporarily disabling them, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

I’m curious, which of the core WooCommerce product types was utilized for creating the product showcased in the screenshot? This will allow for further investigation.

i tried purchasing as a customer and i got this additional note in my email even if i did not add an extra note

    When did this first happen?

How possible is that it happened following a plugin install/activation/upgrade?

Are there any logs kept, for plugin/code updates, or otherwise?

Did the opportunity appear already, to restore from a backup from before the date the issue reported here was first was identified, or otherwise?

As this sounds like a plugin/theme conflict, in order to discover the culprit, feel free to proceed with a conflict test, as detailed here.

I trust that points you in the right direction. Let us know how it goes.
