  • Hi @mahdar2003,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing a detailed description of the issues you’re facing.

I understand you’re having trouble with the WooCommerce PayPal Payments not showing the payment fields. Is that correct?

Looking at your shared system status report, I’m unable to find any discrepancies, however, I would suggest you try upgrading your PHP version to 8.2 and check if this makes any difference.

Also, if possible, could you please try reinstalling the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin. First uninstall it and delete it from your site, then install a fresh copy following the setup wizard. You can do this while having switched to a default theme like Storefront to test it out on a staging site before implementing on the live site.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for your reply

My problem is that the Checkout block is not displayed on the Checkout page

I set the version to 8.2 and disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and installed the Storefront template, but still Block Checkout is not displayed.

What do you think I should do?

    Hello @mahdar2003,

Thank you for sharing more details of the issue. I tried to reproduce the issue on my test site but it worked fine on my end.

To further investigate your issue, could you please try adding the Checkout Shortcode and confirm if it works or not on your end?

    Thanks!

    Hello

    Yes, the shortcode works well.

But I want to use the new version with a better UI, but I have a problem.

    Thank you for your advice

    Hi @mahdar2003

This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed

The issue with the blocks not previewing or being editable might be due to a compatibility concern with the Gutenberg editor and WordPress version you’re using. It’s not related to the WooCommerce block. To determine, can you try adding a WordPress default block and see whether this error appears or not?

Please note that, if your WordPress version is 6.4 or above, then you don’t need to use the Gutenberg plugin. So disabling this plugin might resolve the issue.

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

Next, please clear your browser cache and then the try again.

If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. Feel free to redact all the private information before sending it over.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello, I hope you are well

    Hello mahdar2003

    Thank you for your reply.

I check this page and it is loading fine on my mobile phone.
    https://fendo.ch/it/cassa/

But on the Home page, I did notice a large white space at the top.
This could be because you have a video in the background.

This video loads on the desktop devices but not on the mobile devices.
This could be due to inherent security features on mobile devices that block the autoplay of video.

Could you try using an image in the background and see if that works?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your guidance

Please buy a product and enter the checkout page to see that nothing is loading

And I noticed something that the problem seems to be only on ios.

I tested with two androids and it was correct

But I checked with two iPhones and there was a problem.

    See the video below

    Thanks

    Hey, @mahdar2003!

    Thanks for the video!

Can you please visit https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ on your iPhone (if you can do it on both phones you tested, even better) and share the information with us so we can investigate this further?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

I also tested WooCommerce templates from my template

    Hi @mahdar2003,

I just tested this on an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS17.5.1 and using both Safari and Chrome and it worked fine for me:

    Safari: https://snipboard.io/cbUlmO.jpg, https://snipboard.io/cbUlmO.jpg
    Chrome: https://snipboard.io/EUiKOS.jpg, https://snipboard.io/qT83uJ.jpg

This seems like an issue with your device or your network. Are you able to try clearing your browser’s cache, or try on another iPhone, or with another WiFi or mobile data?

    Kindly let us know.
