    Hi,

I have a free Mailchimp account with one audience. New members register on my WordPress site and they are also in my Mailchimp audience but their email address might be different to the one in Mailchimp – when they register on my website – will their email that they register on my website with their first and last name – be corrected in Mailchimp please using your excellent free plugin ? Thank you for the help.

    Hey @sjo007,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I regret to say I do not understand your question clearly. With our plugin you can create a subcription form on your website and the email used in the form is the one that gets added to your MailChimp.com Audience.

Yes – understood – but I want to sync users from WordPress to Mailchimp and vice versa without using the form. Is that possible with the Pro version please – keeping members in WordPress in sync with Mailchimp – thanks for the help.

The MC4WP Premium add-on does have a feature to keep users in WordPress in sync with subscribers in Mailchimp. Note that the UserSync feature will NOT subscribe any new users it only keeps user fields in sync for existing subscribers. The sync can work both ways (from Mailchimp for WordPress and from WordPress to Mailchimp)

To subscribe any new WordPress users you can use the WordPress user registration integration that is also available in the free plugin under MC4WP > Integrations.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
